Who We Are

Eat Good Cafe was started with the idea of creating quick, delicious foods in a quick service manner. We use as much local producers as possible as well as making most foods from scratch. We took over the cafe at Meadowwood Technology Campus in 2013. It was our first Eat Good Group restaurant. It was then followed by Yards Bruncheon, Wandering Table, Le Catering Co. and Gilded Unicorn. Our restaurants are all locally owned and operated and continue to gain recognition including mentions in the Los Angeles Times, Wall Street Journal and many other local media outlets. Our owner Adam Hegsted was nominated for as best chef Northwest by the James Beard foundation and has received national and international awards. Our goal is to create great foods with an authenticity, soul and overall deliciousness.

Why?

Our vision is to help promote and create the culinary community in the Inland Northwest through building restaurants and cultivating the hospitality within region. We will continue to strive towards building a better place to live with a stronger culture in the arts and do our part in helping it thrive.
